Recent studies have produced conflicting findings related to the effect of metformin use and prostate cancer  PCa  outcomes.In one study, David Margel, MD, PhD, of the University of Toronto, and colleagues found that increased cumulative duration of metformin use by diabetic men after a PCa diagnosis is associated with improved all-cause and PCa-specific survival. Parking improvements are coming to portions of downtown Moberly. Plans are in place to re-stripe and re-angle spots on a block of Coates Street and a block of 4th Street. City Manager Michael Bugalski says they ;re taking a deliberate approach.The city will use that community feedback to make additional improvements or potentially return to the original setup.The improvements are part of a recently completed downtown parking study.
